Type-h steel (hard)

Cutting die with aluminum base and replaceable steel crown. The type of steel employed is ideal for cutting tools characterized by high performance. This steel remarkably increases quantities if compared with traditional cutting dies.

Technical Information:

- It can produce up to 15 million labels, depending on the type of material, before requiring a re-sharpening
- Cutting die’s height 60 mm – 145 mm
- The steel crown can be replaced using the same quality of steel or upgrading it. The existing aluminum base can be saved and re-used, reducing in this way the cost of a complete die re-making
- Possibility of using counter pressure plate
